The African Queen conditions of admission
- Most tours are weather permitting and Management reserves the right to cancel at the last minute. In the event of this happening, a full refund will be given
- Most trips need a minimum of 6 people before it is viable to go
- To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% is required
- For exclusive use of the Yacht, please enquire for a special rate
- The duration of the standard cruise is two and half hours (subject to change). This is also determined by shipping traffic entering or leaving the Port of Durban
- Departure time could change according to the weather/tide/season
- Prices are subject to change
- If you are late, or at the wrong departure point, no refunds will be given. Please ensure that you know where to go. Directions are posted on this website
- Late arrivals and last minute cancellations are not entitled to any refunds whatsoever
- It’s Skipper and staff will not accept responsibility for any death, injury or illness sustained or suffered by any person, theft, loss or damage to any person or property whatsoever arising within or from the use of the charters, vessel or part thereof
- Last but not least, Frans, Peter and the Crew of the African Queen, will look after your interest in what we offer and look forward to seeing you aboard.
